Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients in order, except for the milk. Gradually add the milk at the end.
  • 2.   The batter should remain quite thick. Heat a non-stick skillet.
  • 3.   Using a spoon, form small heaps and flatten them in the skillet. When holes appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them.
  • 4.   Serve immediately.

  • 250 ml of milk
