Instructions

  • 1.   Place the flour in a bowl, add the milk, and whisk.
  • 2.   Add the melted butter, vanilla sugar, and whisk everything together.
  • 3.   Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Grease the pan and cook the crepes (I turn on the oven to the lowest setting to keep the crepes warm).
