Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, put oat flakes and bran, seeds, baking soda, rosemary, and salt, and finally the egg and skyr. Mix.
  • 2.   Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   Wait for it to cool before slicing.
