Homemade sour cream with butter and milk

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat without letting it brown.
  • 2.   Pour the milk into a blender or a tall container.
  • 3.   Add the warm melted butter.
  • 4.   Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until you get a smooth and slightly thick mixture.
  • 5.   Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.

    Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours to thicken slightly.
