Chocolate and praline truffles

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1: Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
    Step 2: Meanwhile, break the dark chocolate into pieces in a bowl.
    Step 3: When the heavy cream starts boiling, pour it over the pieces of chocolate and praline chocolate in the bowl, and stir well until the chocolate melts.
  • 2.   Step 5: Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  • 3.   Step 6: Half an hour before making the truffles, take the mixture out of the fridge.
    Step 7: Pour unsweetened cocoa powder into a shallow plate and the praline.
    Step 8: Shape small balls of the chocolate mixture using a small spoon, then roll them one by one in the unsweetened cocoa powder and place them on a plate.
  • 4.   Step 9: Chill until ready to serve.

    Step 10: Ten minutes before serving, take the praline truffles out of the fridge.
