Pear and Chocolate Muffins

These pear and chocolate muffins combine the fruity sweetness of pear with the intensity of dark chocolate. Easy to prepare, they are perfect for snacking or dessert.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, core, and cut the pears into small pieces before setting aside in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Melt the butter over low heat. Add it to the flour mixture along with the egg and milk. Whisk until you get a smooth batter.
  • 3.   Coarsely chop the chocolate and add it to the mixture with the pear pieces. Mix.
  • 4.   Fill the muffin molds 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 40 g of unsalted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 10 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
