Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, cream the butter with 180 g of granulated sugar and the salt until obtaining a creamy mixture.

    Incorporate the eggs, then the flour and baking powder.
  • 2.   Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.

    Smooth the surface with a spatula.

    Brush the top with milk, then sprinkle with the remaining granulated sugar.
  • 3.   Bake for about 40 minutes. Let cool in the pan, outside of the oven, then unmold and cut into slices.
