1. Start by cutting the raw cauliflower into florets.
2. Cook the cauliflower in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 7 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, peel and roughly chop the garlic and fresh ginger, then blend them in a food processor to obtain a paste.
4. Drain the cooked cauliflower using a colander. It should still be slightly firm.
5. In a large hot sauté pan with melted butter, add the coriander and cumin and mix for a few seconds.
6. Then add the blended garlic and ginger and sauté for a few moments.
7. Next, add the turmeric and cauliflower.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and let simmer covered over low heat for 3 minutes.
