Cauliflower with curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • 2.   Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water. Allow about 20 minutes until it is tender. Drain and keep warm.
  • 3.   Prepare the curry béchamel: melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking. Cook over low heat until the béchamel is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, add the curry, and mix.
  • 4.   Mix the cauliflower with the béchamel, heat briefly over low heat, and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
