Cauliflower and Pasta Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package, keeping them al dente.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, separate the cauliflower florets, rinse them, and steam them for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Butter a baking dish and spread the drained pasta and cauliflower florets.

    Season with salt and pepper, add the cream, sprinkle with thyme and parmesan, and bake for 10 minutes.

    Serve hot.
