Instructions

  • 1.   Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk and heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan.
  • 2.   Let it simmer, add the dissolved cornstarch and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking and add the nutmeg.
