Quick Raclette Cheese Croquettes

A quick solution for using up leftover raclette cheese by preparing tasty croquettes.

Instructions

  • 1.   Take the cheese out of the fridge at least 10 minutes before starting.
  • 2.   Cut the rind off the cheese and form balls.
  • 3.   Roll each ball in flour, then in beaten and salted egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • 4.   Pass each ball through the egg and breadcrumbs again to seal well.
  • 5.   Chill the croquettes for 1 hour.
  • 6.   Fry the balls in hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 7.   Place on paper towels, sprinkle with spices, and enjoy immediately.

  • 1 flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 smoked paprika
