Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the sweet potatoes and the onion.
  • 2.   Cut the sweet potatoes into pieces.
  • 3.   Slice the onion.
  • 4.   Melt the onion in a pan with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

    Add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.

    Add the water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Blend the vegetables.
  • 6.   Add the cream, salt, pepper, then mix well.

    Enjoy the warm sweet potato soup.
