Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the spinach leaves and remove the stems.
  • 2.   Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes to obtain hard-boiled eggs.
  • 3.   Sauté the spinach in oil in a pan.
  • 4.   Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and mix to make a roux.
  • 5.   Add the milk and mix again until you get a béchamel sauce.
  • 6.   Peel the eggs.
  • 7.   Place the spinach in a dish, add the hard-boiled eggs, and cover with the béchamel sauce.
  • 8.   Bake the Spinach Florentine in the oven for 7 minutes.
