Porcini, Speck, and Black Truffle Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the speck into strips.
  • 2.   Clean the black truffles with a toothbrush under running water.
  • 3.   Carefully clean the fresh porcini mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.
  • 4.   Heat a non-stick skillet and sauté the fresh porcini mushrooms over high heat. After a few moments, add the speck, and finally the liquid fresh cream. Bring to a boil, adding some chopped parsley and slices of black truffles. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 5.   Meanwhile, cook the Barilla Collezione Edition Gourmet Lasagnette in a large pot of salted water (7g of salt per 1L of water) for 9 minutes.
  • 6.   Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce, adding a little cooking water to keep the pasta moist and better distribute the ingredients.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
