Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot, sauté the mushrooms, potatoes, minced onion, and minced garlic in a little butter.
  • 2.   Let them sauté for a few minutes to release their juices, stirring well.
  • 3.   Once everything is sautéed, add slightly more water than the level of the vegetables and let it simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 4.   Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, and crumbled bouillon cube.
  • 5.   Once the soup is cooked, add the cream, mix, and blend the soup.
  • 6.   Serve hot.
