Pear and Brie Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C and remove the rack. Unroll the pizza dough and leave it on its parchment paper. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then distribute the sliced brie on top. Add the unpeeled pear sliced into rounds, roughly chopped walnuts, and thinly sliced shallots. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with pepper, and place on the oven rack.
  • 2.   Bake for 12 minutes, checking occasionally. Garnish with some arugula and serve with the remaining arugula seasoned separately.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Before putting your pizza in the oven, sprinkle with a few fresh thyme or rosemary leaves.
