Crispy pasta snacks (200 g)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta al dente and drain them.
  • 2.   Drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil / 100 g, sprinkle with spices and mix.
  • 3.   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pasta on it, making sure they do not touch. Grate Parmesan cheese over them.
  • 4.   Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, until they are crispy.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and serve immediately, optionally with a choice of dipping sauce.

  • 100 g of bow tie pasta
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 parmesan
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 cup of salsa sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
