Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, add the milk, flour, and eggs. Mix and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the onion and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  • 3.   Fry the onion and cook the broccoli florets.
  • 4.   In a pan, pour the batter to make a crepe, then add the tomato cubes, broccoli, and fried onion. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve the crepe pizza by adding parsley.
