Chestnut Fondant

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    In a bowl, mix the chestnut cream with the brown sugar until you get a homogeneous consistency.
    Add the eggs one by one, mixing well between each one.
    Incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
    Add the vanilla extract and milk, then mix again.
    Pour the batter into a greased pan.
    Bake for about 20-25 minutes. The tip of a knife should come out clean.
    Let it cool before unmolding.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 ml of whole milk
