Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter. Add the flour (until the butter has absorbed it).

    Add the milk and then the broth.
  • 2.   Add the tomatoes and then the sliced bananas.

    Season with salt (if necessary), pepper, and add 3 tablespoons of curry.
  • 3.   Cook over medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes (be careful of boiling, the soup tends to overflow).
  • 4.   Blend, add the cream, and adjust the seasoning (the curry should be prominent).
  • 5.   Serve as is or with croutons.

  • 1.5 liter of broth
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 50 g of butter
  • 30 g of flour
  • 15 cl of milk

  • pepper (according to taste)
