1. 1° In a pot of boiling water, pre-cook the pasta until al dente.
2. 2° Sauté the meat with a little oil in a large pot.
Add the tomato sauce.
3. 3° In a saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the flour. Then gradually add the milk to form a béchamel sauce.
Set aside.
4. 4° In a wok-style skillet, spread a little tomato sauce on the bottom.
Then layer with lasagna noodles, followed by sauce with meat, gruyère cheese, béchamel sauce, then noodles again, sauce, grated gruyère cheese, and béchamel sauce. Repeat as long as you have sauce.
Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and a little pepper.
5. 5° Cook over low heat with a lid on to melt the mozzarella.
6. 6° Serve and enjoy the skillet lasagna with a green salad.
