Ravioli and Spinach Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and trim the spinach leaves, then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil (or butter). Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   2. In an ovenproof dish, place the spinach, then a layer of ravioli sheets, and so on, ending with the spinach.
  • 3.   3. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C.
