Instructions

  • 1.   In a mug, mix the coconut flour, almond powder, erythritol, baking powder, and cocoa.
  • 2.   Add the egg and melted coconut oil, then mix to obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  • 3.   Cook the keto mug cake in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds at 750 W. For proper cooking, remember to check every 30 seconds.
