Three Pepper Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water, keeping them al dente. Refresh, drain, and transfer to a salad bowl. Add oil and mix.
  • 2.   Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and white membranes, and cut them into small cubes. Incorporate them into the salad bowl, along with the mozzarella.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

  • ½ yellow bell peppers
  • 80 g of mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • salt (according to taste)
