Creamy Cucumbers

Instructions

  • 1.   -In a bowl, mix the cream, vinegar, and finely chopped chives. Season with salt, pepper, and a touch of chili. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • 2.   -Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds using a small spoon. Cut them into chunks, then into 1 cm sticks.
  • 3.   -Place the cucumber sticks in a salad bowl, pour the cream over them and mix. Finely chop the parsley and coriander on top just before serving very cold.

  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of chives
  • 2 cucumbers
  • salt (according to taste)
