Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    Crush the speculoos cookies and mix the powder with the melted butter.
    Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius.
  • 3.   Beat the cream cheese, add the lemon juice, sugar, and eggs, while continuing to beat.
    Add the flour and then the milk. Pour into the pan.
  • 4.   Place the cake in the oven for 10 minutes, then bake for 1 hour at 90 degrees Celsius.
    Let cool in the oven for 1 hour.
