Instructions

  • 1.   1. Peel and finely chop the shallot.

    Chop the mint.
  • 2.   2. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise. Then slice it into thin strips.

    Place them in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   3. Add the yogurt, salt, pepper, shallot, and mint.
  • 4.   4. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nice and cold.
  • 5.   5. Serve with sesame seeds.
