Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat a grill press.
  • 2.   Cut the goat cheese logs into thick slices.
  • 3.   Wash and slice the tomatoes thinly.
  • 4.   Cut the bread rolls in half, then place tomato slices, goat cheese slices, a few basil leaves, and generously drizzle honey over the top.
  • 5.   Close the Paninis and cook them in the grill press until the goat cheese is melted.
