Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • 3.   Cut your almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and pecans into small pieces.
  • 4.   In a mixing bowl, combine your chopped dried fruits, raisins, and oats with honey, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  • 5.   Using a mold or your hands, shape your cereal bars, place them on your baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 6.   Once out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
