Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the butternut squash and cook for 4 minutes.
  • 3.   Heat a little oil in a saucepan, then add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the drained butternut squash and a little parsley.
  • 4.   Mix the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish, then brush the bottom with whole grain mustard.
  • 6.   Arrange the vegetables on top, add the parsley, cheddar, and finally the egg and cream mixture.
  • 7.   Bake the quiche for 35 minutes. It's ready!

  • 10 g of parsley mixture
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 150 g of cheddar
  • 1 whole grain mustard

  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
