Instructions

  • 1.   How to prepare a spinach and feta quiche?
  • 2.   1. Cook the spinach for 5 minutes in a hot pan, without adding any fat, so they release their water. Drain them well to remove as much water as possible.
  • 3.   2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the milk, salt, and pepper. Mix in the spinach.
  • 4.   3. Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
  • 5.   4. Pour the spinach mixture over the pastry. Crumble the feta on top.
  • 6.   5. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
  • 7.   6. The tart is done when the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
