Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Wash the spinach and sauté them with peeled and minced shallots in olive oil.
  • 3.   In a gratin dish, place the spinach with the shallots and add the heavy cream.
  • 4.   Crack the eggs over the spinach.

    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Bake for 10 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve!
