1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add the fresh spinach and cook for a few minutes until wilted.
5. Stir in the ricotta and mix well to obtain a creamy sauce. Add the heavy cream.
6. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
7. Add the pasta to the skillet with the sauce and gently mix. Add the grated Parmesan, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix and adjust the consistency with a little cooking water if necessary.
8. Serve the spinach and ricotta pasta.
