Shepherd's Potato Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and boil the minced garlic clove.
  • 2.   Pluck the parsley leaves.
  • 3.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Heat the oil and sauté the potato pieces.
  • 4.   Add the garlic.
  • 5.   Let it cook for about 10 minutes on high heat.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper. Add the cumin, olives, and goat cheese cubes.
  • 7.   Let it cook for another 4 minutes.
  • 8.   Off the heat, sprinkle with parsley.
