Zucchini Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Grease a cake pan.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the milk with the curry powder.

    Rinse and trim the ends of the zucchini, then cut them into thin slices.
  • 3.   In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.

    Pour in the olive oil and the curry milk mixture.

    Add the flour and baking powder, then mix well.
  • 4.   Arrange the zucchini slices in the cake pan and pour the previous mixture over them.

    Bake for 40 minutes, then serve warm or cold.
