Spinach and feta puff pastries, served with salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Thaw the spinach according to the package instructions, then drain well.
  • 2.   Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, grated garlic, crumbled feta, and eggs*. Season to taste.

  • 3.   Roll out your puff pastry on a baking sheet, then cut it into 4 pieces.
  • 4.   In the center of each piece of pastry, add the filling. Fold each edge of the pastry to form a triangle. Press firmly on the edges to seal the pastry.
  • 5.   Brush the puff pastries with a beaten egg yolk, if you have any left, and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
  • 6.   Serve with a green salad dressed to your liking. It's ready to be enjoyed!
