Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 5 minutes
  • 2.   Make bread croutons to serve
  • 3.   Cut the goat cheese in half and place them on the bread croutons
  • 4.   On the same baking sheet, place your goat cheese toasts and sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil, pepper, and Herbes de Provence
  • 5.   Place in the top part of the oven, under the broiler, for 5 minutes
  • 6.   For the base, in a bowl, rinse and cut the endives in half and then into sections
  • 7.   Cut the grape grains in half and the figs into quarters
  • 8.   Whisk together the oil, fleur de sel, and vinegar with a fork
  • 9.   Season the endives and assemble your salad!

  • 4 chicories
  • 1 country bread
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • 1 handful of walnut
  • 4 figs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of flower of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • pepper (according to taste)
