Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 210°C (th 7). In a large baking dish, place the 20 g of shallots, 2 tablespoons of parsley, and 1 dl of cream at the bottom, then arrange the thawed and drained fish pieces side by side. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Gently heat the two purees and spread them over the entire surface of the fish, starting with the carrot seasoned with salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then the mashed potatoes on top.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 minutes before serving.
