Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the florets in the air fryer basket for 10 minutes at 160°C. Set aside.
  • 2.   Crush the shortbread cookies and nut mixture with a sauce spoon to obtain a crumble texture.
  • 3.   Sprinkle the crumble on top of the cod fillets.
  • 4.   Place them in the air fryer basket with the still frozen potatoes and cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  • 5.   Reheat the sauce in the microwave for 40 seconds at 900 W.
  • 6.   Plate and enjoy.
