  • 1.   From A to Z? Combine this recipe with our delicious homemade pizza dough recipe! Preheat your oven to 280°C or at its maximum temperature (ideally, and at least 240-250°C).
  • 2.   Place the dough on a baking sheet that you have greased with olive oil. To do this, place the palm of your hand in the middle of the pizza and place the other hand underneath and lift. Cut the zucchini in slices. Spread the ricotta on your pizza, then add the zucchini slices and the gorgonzola.
  • 3.   Place your pizza high in the oven and bake it for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the power of your oven (at 280°C it will take around 10-12 minutes to cook, at 250°C it will take about 17 minutes). Once it is nicely browned, remove it from the oven, add fresh basil, sprinkle with ricotta and gorgonzola. Serve with a fresh green salad! Enjoy!
