1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Melt a knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until they are golden brown.
2. Once the gnocchi are golden brown, add a splash of water. Mix, cover, and continue cooking for 1 minute.
3. In an ovenproof dish, add the cooked gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cream and half of the crumbled gorgonzola. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle the remaining crumbled gorgonzola on top along with roughly chopped walnuts, if you have any. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
6. Once the gnocchi are golden and the cheese is melted, remove the dish from the oven. Serve with a green salad dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
