Leek and Smoked Trout Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   1° Prepare the leeks, cut and wash them. In a sauté pan, melt a knob of butter and sweat the leeks.
  • 2.   2° In a saucepan, make the béchamel sauce.
  • 3.   3° In a gratin dish, layer the lasagna noodles. Place a bed of leeks on top, then add the trout cut into strips.
  • 4.   4° Pour a little béchamel sauce over the entire dish and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese. Repeat for a second layer.
  • 5.   5° Bake the leek and smoked trout lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.

  • 25 g of flour
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
