1. 1. Rinse the chicory, remove the stems, and finely slice them. Melt the butter in a pan, and add the chicory. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over fairly high heat, stirring regularly. Drain and let it rest.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the liquid cream and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in half, remove the core, and slice them.
- Cut the goat cheese log into slices.
- Line a pie dish. Place a layer of chicory, add the pear slices and goat cheese slices. Cover with the egg and cream mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Enjoy hot or warm, accompanied by a nice green salad.
