Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the hard-boiled eggs, let them cool before chopping them.
  • 2.   Cut the avocados and tomatoes into cubes, cut the hearts of palm into pieces, make a vinaigrette with olive oil, and add the 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs to it. Mix the vegetables and the sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley, serve chilled!
