Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces. Chop the garlic clove.
    In a pan, sauté the mushrooms and garlic in butter.
    After 10 to 15 minutes, when the mushrooms have reduced a bit, mix the cornstarch with water, soy sauce, and vegetable broth in a bowl. Pour it over the mushrooms.
    Let it simmer over low heat for 40 minutes to 1 hour, until the sauce thickens and becomes dark brown.
    Adjust the seasoning.
    Serve.

  • 400 g of water
  • 1 vegetable broth
