Oat and red bean waffles with cinnamon and honey

Instructions

  • 1.   Blend all the ingredients for the batter, except for the coconut oil, until smooth. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Preheat the waffle iron. Using a brush, grease the plates with coconut oil and pour a small ladle of batter onto each plate. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  • 3.   Once cooked, drizzle the waffles with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • 150 g of oat flake
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of canned red bean
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
