Green cabbage with butter sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the cabbage, cut it into quarters, and cook it in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Finely slice the onion and carrot and melt them over very low heat in the butter.
  • 3.   Remove the core and ribs from the cabbage, then cut it into strips before adding it to the sauté pan with the rest of the vegetables.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • 5.   Let it cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
