Instructions

  • 1.   Cut lemons and tomatoes into thin slices and set aside.
  • 2.   Place the fish fillets in the center of the parchment paper, add the slices of tomatoes and lemon. Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Close the sheets of parchment paper and place the wrappers on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
