Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the lemons and tomatoes into thin rounds and set aside.
  • 2.   Place the fish fillets in the center of the parchment paper, add the tomato and lemon slices.
    Drizzle with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Fold the parchment paper to seal the packets, then place them on a baking sheet.
    Bake for about 20 minutes.

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
