Homemade Mexican Guacamole

This recipe is the result of many trials and has convinced everyone who has tasted it. Be aware that this guacamole will not keep for more than a day after preparation, even in the fridge.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   This recipe requires a blender or it will take you a lot of time (you will then have to finely chop everything by hand).
  • 2.   Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and place it in the blender. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the avocado.
  • 3.   Peel and seed the tomato, peel and chop the onion, garlic, and cilantro.
  • 4.   Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for a few minutes.
  • 5.   Taste and adjust the seasoning (salt, pepper, chili).
  • 6.   Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • 7.   If you don't have a blender, finely chop all the ingredients and mix them with the avocado by mashing with a fork.
  • 8.   The number of ingredients may seem important, but you will get an incomparable guacamole.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 stalk of fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of spice
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 chili pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
